Celtel Tanzania’s roaming team is proud to bring good news to you this morning!
ROAMING ON AIRCRAFT (in-flight use of mobile phone)
Roaming on aircraft will enable Celtel Tanzania customers to safely use their own mobile phone to call and send/receive text messages when flying with Emirates.
This service is now commercially launched on unilateral basis with AeroMobile AS, Norway effectively April 2008.
We are currently following up with AeroMobile for the flight and routes in which this service will be provided by Emirate Airlines. This will be communicated
to you and our customers in the near future.
Our roaming partners have automatically increased to 254 in135 countries, please feel free to request an update.
