On March 7th, 2011 Ministry of Industry and Trade (MIT) of The United Republic of Tanzania and China Dalian International Economic and Technology Cooperation Group Co., Ltd (CDIG) signed a Memorandum of Understanding for establishing a working relationship between the parties in order to realize the implementation of the Singida Wind Power Generation Facility at Singida in Tanzania. The signing ceremony took place at the Embassy of The United Republic of Tanzania to The Peoples Republic of China in Beijing. Hon. Lazaro S. Nyalandu Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of Tanzania and Mr. Hu Fan CDIG Vice President signed the Document on behalf of their parties.
